英ソニー・エリクソン・モバイル・コミュニケーションズが現地時間の11日、音楽プレーヤー機能を搭載した「W800i」の製品説明会を開催。発売は欧州などに限られていて、日本は対象外です。

The W800i music kit includes a CD-ROM containing easy-to-use CD ripping software. Connect your phone to your PC with the USB cable (in kit) and transfer your individual songs straight to your phone. The songs are in standard MP3 or AAC format and are stored on your 512MB Memory Stick PRO Duo™.

対応はMP3とAACに対応しています。ソニーがAACとMP3！ATRACはいずこ・・・。日本でも対応してほしいけど無理でしょうか。結構デザインがいいのでうらやましい。
